Free Shipping West Malaysia for order above RM150
Delivery in West Malaysia : RM6 flat rate (usually handle by City-Link/Flash Express)
Delivery in East Malaysia & Labuan : From RM12 (usually handle by Flash Express)
Delivery outside Malaysia: The rate depends on country
The shipping and delivery charges will be displayed in your final order summary, before you proceed to the step of payment issue.
Local Pickup is FOC (please contact us to arrange for local pickup at our Kepong office)
When will I receive my order?
Standard delivery is 1 – 6 business days for delivery to most of the major cities in Malaysia (Peninsular), while delivery to East Malaysia can be take to 3 – 7 business days. Delivery date is much dependent to our courier service provider schedule and whether you need engraving.
Once you placed an order, you will receive an Order Confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your order. Once your payment and shipping details have been verified, you will then receive an email from us indicating that your order is being processed.
With our registered customer, you are able to check the status of your order that we updated online at any time.
What about if I need it urgently?
Yes, we are possible to rush same day production (self collect at office/you can arrange express delivery), but please confirm with our admin that your order are able to rush same day to avoid disappointment.
Do you deliver outside of Malaysia?
Yes, we ship worldwide. If the shipping option is showing not available for the address you key in during checkout, please contact us directly. Duty & Tax may charge by your country’s custom.
Do you deliver to my office address?
Yes. Please provide your office address as the delivery address during the check-out process. Remember to indicate the company name in the address, otherwise our delivery partners may not be able to access the premises. To Be Aware, Once your order is placed, you cannot change the delivery address.
What happens if I am not at home when the courier is here to deliver?
This is why putting a valid contact number is very important. Our courier will be calling your provided contact number if no one is at home. If the number is unreachable the parcel might return to us. When you are not at home you may ask someone else at home to take delivery of the order on your behalf.
Peak Season
Please take note that during peak season such as 11.11 or Christmas etc the order might take longer to deliver. This is because courier services has more order to handle than usual hence might delay.
